Muscat Township project

For a Muscat township project awarded to a US based architectural firm, we picked up the presentation drawings and worked for converting them into realistic construction drawings resolved as per local byelaws and practical construction aspects.

The township was spread on area of 300,000 sq yd’s with an estimated project cost of US $450 millions. We were provided with some conceptual sketches for reference along with plan of some designed units. We arranged the layouts and drew the given sketch plan arranging the different type of design units and recreational facilities along the concept axis keeping the design theme intact. The access road layout was revised keeping the bye laws in mind. We demarcated all the necessary changes in the plan and provided additional notes to help those people to understand the required important design changes in the plan.

The major challenge was to fit the design concept onto ground realities by working on scales without comprising on design aesthetics, all this was done in a record time of three days.

We make coloured and black and white presentation drawings using manual and computer skills. We study the design drawings and render them for your clients to aid better visualization of the completed project designed by you. We aim at highlighting the design concept with aesthetical skills.

We make civil construction drawings in metric as well as in feet inches. Conversion of presentation drawings to construction drawings require design modifications as per new bye laws, changed requirements while still keeping the design concept intact. Our team understands this very well.

We make actual or to the scale wooden models within the specified time frame. Difference in time zone helps offices of other countries to work round the clock to complete work in time in case of pressurized submission schedules. We make these models using modern technology and deliver them through air cargo.

Upgradation project of University of Dayton:

For a master planning project for upgrading an existing US university campus, we made a presentation wooden model based upon the universities site plan and 3d images of existing buildings. The US Architectural firm used this existing site model made by us for them with new additions planned by them for final presentation to the client.
